  • we understand that things come up - please review our policy for in studio appointments below :

    • a minimum of six hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • changes made with less than six hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service

    • no-call and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service


    this policy helps us respect everyone’s time and keep the schedule running smoothly.

    ON-SITE APPOINTMENT - CANCELLATIONS

    • twenty-four hours notice is required to make changes ( including same day modifications ) or to cancel your appointment

    • a hundred percent of the service will be charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation window ( including same day modifications )

    • new clients will require pre payment - for on site appointments only
